We have restored our three homes with patience and loving care, using local builders and materials. They are the perfect way to experience the real Portugal.
If you want to enjoy the Portuguese way of life, get to know Portuguese people, try local food and drink, as well as experience the lovely beaches or the countryside, our holiday homes will show you the other side of the Algarve.
Walking nature trails, birdwatching, shopping at the local market, or simply enjoying the sunshine, we aim to give you the perfect holiday. We also specialise in giving independent couples and solo travellers a great holiday.
We love Portugal and never regret our decision to move here. The Eastern Algarve is a lesser known holiday area and our 3 homes each provide a unique holiday experience. With a different outlook, each gives a different experience of Algarvean life.

Our Casa da Ilha
(Island Cottage) offers fantastic beach holidays on the beautiful Island of Armona, just off the coast of Olhão. Armona is surrounded by beaches, clear water and is totally traffic free. Lively in summer and deeply tranquil in winter, it’s the ideal place for enjoying the sun and sea, whilst relaxing on the terrace in summer or birdwatching and discovering marine life during Spring and Autumn.
Our Casa da Vila
(Townhouse) is right by the promenade in Olhão, a busy fishing port, and yet is away from the noise and bustle of the town being on a totally pedestrianised Square. Olhao has a harbour, marina, and many cafes, bars and restaurants open all year round. A taste of life in a lively traditional town. Our house has all home comforts as well as a fantastic roof terrace with 360º views of the sea and surrounding Moorish rooftops.
Our Casa do Campo
(Casa Rodrigo) is deep in the heart of the countryside, next to a National Park, with walking, bird-watching and many rare plants and wildlife nearby. As well as being beautifully renovated, it also has a stunning private saltwater pool. Here we offer both guided and self guided walks and nature trails with many different routes available directly from the house. A true rural experience, and yet only 25 minutes from the sea.
